IMR Construction Management Services employees served as a member of a team to update the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department’s Airport Master Plan. Contributed to the master plan by conducting demand capacity analysis, part 139 study, parking capacity analysis, tenant and concession audits, inventory data collection, facility requirements, compatibility assessment, implementation plans, and community involvement briefings and workshops.
All of the above items were done as per specifications, delivered on time and within budget.
