Description:
This was to be converted into a recreational facility for the Veterans stationed at the VA Hospital in Miami, FL. The work involved four major phases of construction, demolition, site work and finishes, within these major points of work we preformed the following:
Demolition of:
Concrete pool, area concrete, curbs, landscape, irrigation, partial roof system on existing roof, pool equipment, related asbestos, pool plumbing, electrical systems, site drainage, and restroom facilities.

Installation of:
New drainage lines, sanitary lines, new water lines, irrigation systems, stained concrete, fill material, footer for pavilion, columns and kitchens. 

Finishing:
hardware, windows, louvers, restroom fixtures, storage room fixtures, framing systems, gypsum board, food service equipment, and regulation basketball equipment. Plaster, paint and pressure wash.

All of the above items were done as per specifications, delivered on time and within budget.
