IMR Development Corp was contracted to remove all existing toilets and lockers, store on site for reinstallation after renovation. Demoled and disposed existing flooring and wall tiles. Installed new 4 X 4 tile in pattern on floors and walls. Installed new bathroom fixtures. Also installed new drop ceiling system with vinyl ceiling tiles. Reconfigured lighting fixtures. Reinstalled toilets and lockers.
All of the above items were done as per specifications, on time and within budget.
