Description:
IMR Development Corp removed Three electrical powered rollup windows, striped all wall paper, removed glue, primed and painted. Installed newframework and drywall in the window openings, repaired hard drywall soffits after window removal. Built new reception room which included three rollup service windows for Security.
Installed two energy efficient lighting fixtures, four built in work stations which include data and communication feeds, and outlets for each station. Installed new service counter and air supply and return for the new space. IMR also reworked the fire sprinkler system to meet NFPA requirements
All of the above items were done as per specifications, on time and within budget.
