Description:
The work involved different phases construction, demolition, and installation.
Demolition of:
Reconfigure work space in the Pizza Hut, demo partition walls, demo bathrooms upstairs and down.
Installation of:
IMR management and employees reconfirgue space from a 3 bedroom residencs to a working office environmernt, complete replacement of all flooring carpet and tile, upgrade of all windows, new cabinets, install all new doors and complete interior/exteior paint. Converted outdoor patio space to recreation space.
All of the above items were done as per specifications.
