Description:
The work involved two phases of construction, demolition, and installation.
Demolition of:
After Hurricane Wilma the pool and enclouser at the HeadQuarters facilities was destroyed. Most of the debrie ended up in the pool. The remainding structure had to be demolished and disposed off.
Installation of:
IMR management and employees designed and installed new screen enclosure to meet new Hurricane wind codes the new structure had to be attached to the building and all walls and doors had to be painted. The exterior fence enclosure around the pool had to be replaced and Painted.
All of the above items were done as per specifications, on time and within budget.
